Project Cold Turkey - Day 1

I’m going cold turkey - which means 'withdrawing from an addictive substance or a habit abrubtly and completely.' Don’t want to spoil it, it’s all in the video clip, but isn’t this expression just beautiful? Cold Turkey. If anyone’s got a creative idea as to how this expression came about, feel free to comment below. According to the Urban dictionary, the word ‘turk’, which is very similar to 'turkey', can be used as an adjective to describe someone very brave. And I don’t mean to brag, but i see myself as extraordinarily brave right now - daring to give up what I’m giving up is not an easy task, believe me.
